Educating for Asia

Korean Studies Workshop: Seven Kiwi educators to be selected
The Korean Studies Workshop gives opportunities to learn about Korea first-hand through a series of university lectures and field trips to sites of historical and contemporary relevance. Up to seven New Zealand principals, teachers, lecturers or advisers will be selected by Asia:NZ. This year's workshop takes place in and around Seoul from 19 July to 1 August 2010. The deadline to apply for this opportunity is 28 April. The workshop is sponsored by the Korea Foundation in partnership with Asia:NZ.
Other deadlines are approaching for Singapore and Southeast Asia in our opportunities section.
