Warrick Cleine



Warrick Cleine MBE serves on KPMG’s Asia Pacific Board and Global Council, as the Chairman and CEO of KPMG in Vietnam and Cambodia, and as Managing Partner of the firm's Deals, Tax, and Legal practice. 

Outside of KPMG, Warrick is Chairman of the British Corporate Advocacy Council (under the auspices of the British Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam) and the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.

 He serves as an advisor to New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and as an Honorary Adviser to the Asia New Zealand Foundation.  Warrick is an Adjunct Professor at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University Vietnam) and a Visiting Professor of Practice at the British University Vietnam (BUV). 

On the occasion of the New Year 2025, Warrick was made an Ordinary Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) by HM King Charles III for services to British trade and investment in Vietnam. 

Warrick previously served as KPMG’s Asia Pacific Head of Tax and Legal and as the Global Leader of High Growth Markets for Tax and Legal.  He is a member (CA) of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and professional auditing bodies (CPA) in Vietnam and Cambodia.
