Viet Nam delegation in Wellington for Track II Dialogue
The second Viet Nam-New Zealand Track II dialogue takes place this Monday and Tuesday 22 and 23 March at Victoria University’s Kelburn Parade Campus.
The dialogue is hosted by the Asia New Zealand Foundation under the theme “Managing change in the Asian region”. It will be opened by Asia:NZ executive director Dr Richard Grant and Ambassador Prof Duong Van Quang. Prof Quang is president of the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam, the training organisation for Viet Nam’s foreign service.
